Three ways to build this, from MVP to full suite

The 13 screens are the mature vision. But the core value, forward visibility and rule-based prioritization, lands without any AI at all. This breaks the work into three tiers so the build can start small, prove the concept with the beta group, and layer in intelligence as the new CTO prioritizes. A menu, not an all-or-nothing bet.

01The three tiers

Each tier is shippable on its own and sets up the next. Costs are first-pass estimates to size the conversation, not quotes.

Tier 1
MVP · the core
Forward visibility + manual prioritization. No AI. Ships on data you already have.
Build
~30-40 dev hrs
Ongoing
$0 / mo
What's in
  • Pipeline view with pacing bar (from the pacing tool) · Frame 01
  • 10-day workload strip, color-coded by load
  • Rule-based grouping: time-sensitive / high-value / standard
  • Cooling triage, manual recovery actions · Frame 05
  • Lead detail drawer + action timeline · Frame 03
  • Focus-cleared end state · Frame 06
  • Reschedule count as a manager signal
Tier 2
Bridge · smarter, still rule-based
Adds planning + the GM surface. Logic-driven, no LLM yet.
Build
+~30-45 dev hrs
Ongoing
~$435/mo (SMS)
What's added
  • Behind-pace recovery queue · Frame 02
  • Day redistribute (rule-based optimizer) · Frame 04
  • Week planning drag calendar · Frame 08
  • Auto-balance week (same optimizer) · Frame 13
  • GM team dashboard · Frame 09
  • Bulk SMS / outreach assist via Twilio or Apple Messages · Frame 12
Tier 3
Full suite · AI layer
Generative + voice. CTO call on in-house LLM vs API. The "what could we do" state.
Build
+~30-45 dev hrs
Ongoing
~$1,040-2,080/mo
What's added
  • Voice memo → auto-transcribed comments · Frame 11
  • Morning briefing with generated "start here" · Frame 07
  • Agent coaching + GM notes · Frame 10
  • AI priority scoring beyond rule-based
  • Generated tips (knowledge layer / RAG)
  • Sets up the annual-goal + seasonality work (next major version)
Recommended path: ship Tier 1 to the beta group first. It proves the forward-visibility concept (the cornerstone gap) on data you already have, with zero ongoing cost, and generates the usage signal that justifies Tiers 2 and 3 to the incoming CTO. Voice memo (Tier 3) is the one exception worth pulling forward early, it's the highest-rated feature in the research and a low-lift API integration.
MVP Pipeline view, stripped to the core No AI required

The same view as the full Pipeline screen, with everything that needs an intelligence layer removed. Priority ranks come from simple rules (move-date urgency, lease value, days-since-action), not a trained model. No engagement scoring, no AI summaries, no generated copy. Every element here runs on data the CRM already has.
